Dear All

It would be wonderful if you could watch one or two of my latest series of half hour, in depth, interviews with leading writers over the next six weekends on BBC World News and BBC News Channel. We went to Egypt to talk to Alaa al Aswany and Nawal El Saadawi, both of whom have very interesting things to say about the upcoming elections and what has been happening in Egypt post the Revolution. We also spoke to Caryl Phillips; Justin Cartwright; Jeffrey Eugenides; Susan Hill.
